On December 9, 2025, Pottery Northwest came alive with Black Clay Night: a free, joy-filled community gathering celebrating creativity, connection, and the power of clay making. Guests explored classes in handbuilding and the wheel alongside acclaimed artist Aisha Harrison (handbuilding) and beloved PNW instructor Irene Bernal (wheel). Laughter, curiosity, and clay filled the studio as people of all experience levels came together to create, connect, and feel a true sense of belonging. Visit PotteryNorthwest.org to learn more about the free community clay nights offered throughout the year.
