On Saturday, February 22nd, Pottery Northwest was honored to host our friend and guest moderator, James Miles, in a conversation with Executive Director Ed King about the future of Seattle’s longest-running non-profit ceramics center, Pottery Northwest. The discussion highlighted how joy and fulfillment are at the heart of the Pottery’s mission, and explored ways we can foster accessibility for individuals from all neighborhoods, cultures, and walks of life across Seattle and King County. With 59 years of rich history and a relocation on the horizon, this event marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the renowned ceramics studio.
To support our relocation, we invite you to contact Liz Houlton at liz@potterynorthwest.org. Pottery Northwest will share more details about our relocation in the summer of 2025. Stay tuned!
