Yoshinaga Kawamura

My work is created by focusing on the inherent qualities in different materials.  I consider the making process more valuable than the individual finished works.  My understanding of materials deepens through visual and tactile ‘conversations’ during the production and postproduction process and allows me to transform materials while maintaining their unique qualities.
